FATHOMWERX
FATHOMWERX is a technology-based collaborative that includes the EDC, Matter Labs, NAVSEA, NAVFAC, and the Port of Hueneme. Serving as a public-private laboratory, community, and resource for technological innovation, the partners strive to fuse small and non-traditional companies, academic institutions, and other Department of Defense stakeholders together to work on the most challenging problems in military, port, and maritime domains.
Naval Surface Warfare Center Port Hueneme
Naval Surface Warfare Center, Port Hueneme Division (NSWC PHD), a component of Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA), is a tenant command located at Naval Base Ventura County in Port Hueneme, California. In addition to its primary location, the division operates detachments at White Sands, NM; Virginia Beach, VA; and Louisville, KY.
NAVFAC EXWC
The Naval Facilities Engineering and Expeditionary Warfare Center (NAVFAC EXWC) is a command of more than 1,100 dedicated men and women who provide specialized facilities engineering, technology solutions, and life-cycle management of expeditionary equipment to the Navy, Marine Corps, federal agencies, and other Department of Defense supported commands.

The Port of Hueneme

Economic Development Collaborative (EDC)
A private nonprofit founded in 1996, the EDC provides a pathway to business growth, economic prosperity, and high quality of life across Ventura, Santa Barbara, and Los Angeles counties. By leveraging public and private funds, the EDC delivers business consulting, funding, and strategic initiatives that support the regional economy.
ANTX Coastal Trident
ANTX programs are intended to provide technologists an understanding of the operational challenges faced by the warfighter and, the warfighter with an understanding of developing and transitional technologies that might meet their needs.
Xtractor
Xtractor, as part of the Inland Empire Tech Bridge Crucible program, is a cohort-based initiative designed to address specific Navy problem sets through targeted innovation. Each cycle begins with identifying a critical challenge, scouting for innovative companies, and inviting them to apply — accelerating the development of impactful technologies tailored to meet the Navy's operational needs.
